House purchase

When purchasing a house, apart fro the initial purchase price.....270k Euros... with no estate agent fees...anyone know roughly what else i am liable to be billed for on top of that....not looking for exact etc....  bulk of payment will be done in uk £ so no real currency conversion...?

Transfer fees if title deeds held

If title deeds are not held fees for obtaining them

Surveyor fees if you opt for that

Lawyers conveyancing fees

Land registry fee

And or communal fees if property is on a complex or development

If you go on to the buy sell Cyprus estate agents page and seek a property for similar price their webpage also inducate stamp duties and also transfer fees for joint buyers and individual buyers fees

You will have to use a Cyprus lawyer to transfer title deeds and they are not very keen on ‘under the table’ payments.  We paid sterling for our house but it had to go through the lawyer’s sterling account. You would need to get a quote from a lawyer for all the ‘incidentals’.
