spousal permit for my wife

Hello, I recently was recognized as an Italian citizen. My wife and I plan on moving to Italy, but don't know where to begin, especially in getting the spousal permit for my wife to remain with me while I'm in Italy. We wish to move to Italy towards the end of this year or at the beginning of next year. We will probably need to fix my wife's name discrepancies first, which is the major hurdle. She is registered in FastIt incorrectly.
