cpr appointment for my wife who is dependent

I tried appointment for cpr for my wife but when I enter her Passport number it says invalid or incorrect may I know why

Check first to see if your visa shows up on that passport number. Could be an error.

If you are facing problems in taking appointment, go to Isa Town CPR office and visit express service counter, there CPR will be renewed at certain extra fee
