Congratulations to the Philippines Ladies Football Team for their first ever World Cup win. Beating the co-hosts New Zealand must have made the win extra special and I hope they manage to get out of the group stages and progress in the tournament.

I watched the whole match on the UK ITV channel which I can get in Phil on my tablet using a VPN. The utter delight on their faces was a tonic to see. I hope they can progress further into the next round. Mabuhay!
