I’m considering a trip to Santa Marta and am interested in hearing from some members regarding the housing options, such as Airbnb. I’ve been to Pereira, Bogota, and Medellin, but want experience the playa, and maybe some other cities such as Bucaramanga

@AmigoTex I know this totally doesn't answer your question, but I wanted to let you know that Uber isn't a thing in Santa Marta (just Indriver and regular taxis). Just something to keep in mind as you plan your trip to and from lodging.
