About the visa ‘Job search - Business creation'

Hello everyone,

I wish everyone who came upon this thread a very good year!

I am a non-European national from Turkey who obtained a Master 1 at the University of Orleans and a Master 2 at the University of Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne in September 2020. I left France immediately after the end of my studies and apprenticeship. I am now interested in returning to France and applying for the “Job Search - Business Creation” visa, which allows former students who have completed their studies within 4 years to stay in France and look for a job or create a business related to their field of study.

I have some questions about this visa that I would like to ask you. I would be grateful to anyone who reads this and reply as much as their knowledge allows them to... Here they are:

1. What is the exact deadline to which the four-year rule applies? As I obtained my diploma in September 2020, could I apply for this visa until September 2024?

2. I have not yet retrieved my diploma from the school, but I have the online version and the original document of success (Attestation de réussite). Could I apply for this visa with these documents instead of my final diploma?

3. As proof of valid student residence permit and proof of being a former student, what would be considered acceptable? For example, would my old residence permit copy and my old student card be sufficient?

4. Regarding proof of health insurance, looks like my old ameli account is still active and I can get an attestation from it, would that suffice as health insurance?

5. Regarding the address in France, is it possible to first stay at my friend’s accommodation then change my address later, in a few months?

6. Regarding the proof of funds, I’ve read that minimum amount I need to show is 615 euros per month, is this correct? Also does this amount depend on my accommodation for example if I stay in a hotel do I need to show 65 euros per day or does this not concern this visa type?

7. Regarding the work permit, do I have to work strictly in my field of studies during this 12-month duration of this visa or can I take any part-time jobs until I find a position parallel to my studies? Also, I am going to work as a Data Scientist which I believe is parallel to my master’s degrees courses but who decides for it if there is a rule to not work in a position that won’t fall in with my studies? Finally, after I got a job related to my studies, I saw that I need to have a salary equal or greater than 2.6k, is this correct and is this amount same for my field of work?

Thank you all in advance...
