How to remove bad record in immigration

Hello there, good day. Please need an advised. My sister worked here in bahrain year 2012 and she went back home 2013 not completing her contract in a company. Now she wants to come back here after long time but we did not expect that her previous company put a criminal record under her name. What we can do to remove it? She did not do anything, she just resigned and went back home for good.
