Private health insurance for non citizen over 65

To Whom It May Concern,

I would like to have the names of the insurance companies that are offering private health insurance to noncitizen people over 65. Also, I came across a site called e-ikamat which offer private health insurance & I was wondering if they are a legitimate organization in Turkey.
