Hello, I own an apartment that I bought in 2019 in Liman Konyaalti Antalya, the neighbourhood became closed in 2022 for foreigners to obtain residency when buying a property there, since I bought mine before the law was introduced, is there a chance that I can get a residency permit based on my property?

@Osama49 Do you live here already, of did you just buy?

My feeling even if you only bought in Antalya you would have a chance, best to check with your real estate agent.

What of course is important did you rent out in this period and did you pay taxes?

For more concrete feedback some more detail is needed, but I am sure your real estate agent is aware of your exact circumstances
