Expats owning property in Antalya

Hi everyone,

Are American citizens allowed to buy a house in Antalya under their names? If not, what if they buy with a Turk and have the house in both their names?

And if yes, any conditions, limitations etc?

Hi ArtistaAmericana,

As a foreigner, I have learnt that there is not any major limitation other that I can acquire no more than 300,000 sqm/300 hactares of land anywhere in Turkey.

Plus you can have full ownership of the house under your name without any partnership being necessary.
