Formalities to enter Morocco

Hello. Not been to Essaouira in 4 years, and on here looking for info on what I need to enter Morocco now ( after covid). Booked to go in October. Is it still a card for where I will reside in Essaouira? And do I need to show proof of covid vaccines?
