Wrong information in my SPASS

Post new topic

Tan Leen

hello Everyone, I would like to ask regarding SPASS. Recently I’ve been offered a job from a company in Singapore. When they apply SPASS for me, it has been rejected. They sent me the application they sent to MOM. I just realized they keyed in the wrong passport issued date. The second time appealed, it came back invalid. MOM gave a statement which is “candidate is not eligible for work pass, please find a new candidate”. This time I realized they keyed in my race and religion wrongly. I am a Chinese but they key in malay. My company told me that they have emailed MOM for a specific explanation.

The first and last time I went to Singapore is when I am 13years old. I went there with my family for a vacation. I have never overstayed in Singapore before.

please help me. Thankyou
