Hello everyone!

After working for almost 3 year for the same employer I am planing to change the employer in the mid of November.

Am I entitled to profit the end year bonus even I change the employer?

Hello,

Summary: It depends on the employer. By experience, they do give based pro-rata.

Dans la plupart des secteurs, ce droit est garanti lorsque l’employeur vous licencie. En général, le droit n’est pas garanti lorsque le travailleur démissionne.
