How to withdraw IPA Letter if employer holding to cancel purposedly

Post new topic

Currently, I work as SPASS candidate in Company A and also got another pass approval IPA letter at company B (which is not paying as per SPASS salary). After that I got third offer from Company C as per SPASS salary. So, I decide to cancel IPA letter from Company B and intend to go Company C.

I also inform to Company B and making aplogise, sending official email and also go to their office. But Boss from Company B told me to leave from their company and also not accept to see. Also hold my pass to cancel purposedly.

I also inform to MOM via email and they reply only try to communicate with Boss from Company B. I also searched so many similar cases in here and also not found the exact solution. Please advise me how to cancel my pass from Company B.
