I am a Moroccan woman and I want to marry an Indian residing in Britain, but the problem is related to how to obtain a certificate of capacity of getting married . We contacted the Indian consulate in Morocco and they did not help us with anything, nor did the Indian consulate in Britain, as I want it to be a Moroccan marriage and go to live with him in Britain.

Is he a British citizen? If he is, you need to contact the British embassy in Morocco.

Capacity of Mariage is a document that you should ask in Morocco, public ministry is the responsable for issuing this document.

hi, he has to go india to make capacity of marriage document. Indian embassy does not issue capacity. need to make in india affidavit with notarized by judge then make it appostile. Consult any agency who provides this service in india. its a horrendous process.
