How can I work in Netherlands to join my EU partner working there?

Hello! I am Kei non EU citizen and I'm living here in Poland with temporary residence card. Me and my polish partner live together in Poland for 8 months and this October 2023 he moved to Netherlands for work. Can someone advise me how can I join my partner in Netherlands so I am able to work also there legally.

For you to be able to join your partner work in the Netherlands, your partner should apply using what is called the Verification against the EU LAW.

For you the process will be straight foward because you are already in EU.

You will be issued with a work permit after a few days, then after 6 months, a full residence permit but as long as you fullfill and submit all requirements.

it is all done online except when you have to be thumb printed at IND and during registeration at the gemente so as to be issued a BSN / Sofi Number - The Citizen Service Number, which you need for work.
