Thinking about moving to Portugal to live and work.  How easy is this to do

From the information given if you an adult and have EU passport, presently live near Madrid and speak fluent Spanish then  the move would be relatively easy but if you are a child, have no passport, live near Mount Kilimanjaro and only speak basic Mandarin then it'd probably be more difficult
