Sir I was working in restaurant on same cr visa،in April -23 lmra came there and caught others 2 workers with out same cr visa and fined 2000 bd on cr and took my signature on summon's form, because no other legal person was available that time .after 4/5 days  cr has been expired and owner didn't renewed, so restaurant closed.i didn't get new job in grace period, now I got job,and applied for visa but my CPR show 2000dh fine on it , I just want to know this closed cr fine can come on my CPR,if yes then what I have to do,to remove it. now case is in court please advise me.

Thanks in advance.

Did you have a proper work visa on the same CR?

If you did and they just put the fine, go to LMRA support and ask them to remove it as you were not the owner/responsible person or authorized person.  Plus you had a valid work visa on that CR at that time.

If you also were working illegally, then it is a different issue altogether and you would need a lawyer.

At the time of lmra inspection,I had proper work visa on same cr.i was not working illegally.some one told me that if cr close, and owner didn't paid fine it is automatically come on person, who signed summon' paper as legal worker.is it true?

The fine comes on the in charge person who was there physically when inspection was happening. You should have never given your cpr for fine by saying you are also worker and not manager.  If you were seen to be in charge then they will put it on you because you are conducting an illegal practice.

The fine is put on the "responsible person" or "authorised person" if no one is there.

Try the approach that I stated. If it doesn't work, you will have to either fight it in court or pay it.
