Post new topic

Hello, 2 months ago I applied for a D8 visa in Ankara, I am from Georgia. I have not received an answer, I am trying to contact the embassy in Ankara, but they do not answer my e-mail or phone, where can I find out at what stage? Because the passport and documents were left in Ankara.

I doubt that anyone here on the forum will be able to help you, because it's a very specific issue.

Try other means, such as:

Lisbon.emb@mfa.gov.ge

Hi Johhny

Thanks for your response. However, my post was simply highlighting a general development, and not a specific appeal for assistance. If sharing such timely info alerts others in the same (or similar) situation - as 'year-end', renewal time appraoches - then it will have potentially served a purpose. When contacting organisations concerning annual renewal premiums, it's always useful to know that one's situation is not an isolated case, and that at least some others are equally concerned. Of course, ultimately, it might make little or no difference; then again, it certainly won't do any harm. Nevertheless, please accept my apologies for any confusion.

On reflection, JohnnyPT, it seems that  you were replying to ’Ankara’, and not to me. With that in mind, allow me to reiterate my apologies for the confusion!
