Application with UDI affidavit

Hello all, I wonder if you can help, or if anyone has any experience with this. I have a family immigration application in, (fiancé visa). I need an affidavit to state I am not married and am free to marry in Norway. Has anyone else done one of these? The first one I submitted wasn’t enough, I was told. Can anyone advise on what it needs to say?
