Administrative steps when you become NHR

I am Belgium and my home country is Belgium. I have just become an NHR in Portugal. What administrative steps do I have to take in Belgium with regard to :

- the local authority where I used to live

- the finance department

-the pensions department,

- etc.

What documents do I need to give to all these departments?

I plan to continue living in Belgium for a few months per year (less than 180 days in any case). What is my status in Belgium?
