Foreign marriage to Moroccan police officer

I am from Uk and planning to marry a Moroccan police officer.

we got our 2 documents from British embassy. Next month we planning to go ministry of foreign affairs and the rest of procedure.

could someone tell me if marrying a police officer has a different procedure.

i mean do they do extra check on me and my family as this will take even longer

there are various different areas if policing and some can not marry foreign nationals. what dept does he work for?

just a normal police officer no special department

yeah they do extra check on you . after that either they approve it or not. same things happen if you were a moroccan
