D7 Visa - passive rental Income, Documents needed?

Post new topic

Tomc1600

Hi all,

I am currently in the process of gathering the required documents for my d7 visa application. I have a passive income through my property I rent out in the UK and need to know what proof is required other than the tenancy agreement and payments going into my Portuguese bank account.

I don't have a access to a tax return as its not been a full 12 months.

Thanks in advance,

Tom

Hi Tom,

Don't you have proof of this periodic/monthly income on your property? E.g. rental agreement, probably with an apostille, bank statements of the rents deposited in your bank account, etc....

Hi Tom,

Would you mind sharing how you're getting your UK sterling rental passive income into a Portuguese  account?  I am thinking of applying for D7 too but didn't know it was possible to get paid direct to Portuguese account and thought I'd be showing a copy of my UK account to prove income which I would then move to WISE and convert move to Poetuguese account.  Or even as just strted renting out flat in March to het a statement from company dealing with rental contract etc

Many thanks,

Toshiro123
