Arrived a couple of weeks ago from UK to take up a fulltime post with Transport Malta - AirBnB'ing until my wife joins me and tells me where she would like to live (along with Molly the Lab!).

Would appreciate a heads-up as to what regulatory hoops I need to jump through now that I have my contract signed.  Assumed that it would be part of my 'onboarding' process but alas, no........

Currently staying in central Naxxar 'til 3rd Feb (20-mins walk to work) then moving out to St Pauls Bay to 24th Feb (Mrs here 10-17th).

Office location is Lija so trying to keep commute down to max of 20-mins - currently relying on Bolt and Shanks' Pony so Naxxar is perfect but looking towards more rural area once dog and car arrives......

Loving it so far and looking forward to seeing more of the island.
