Can anyone please share their Experience with using MaxiCare - Particularly in Cebu City? Are the Clinics good for Tests and Consultations? I have been using Kaiser in the past, and find they are not as patient friendly as in the past. Any experience if/when needed for hospitalization? Thx in Advance for your comments.
