I wanted to ask about renewing my permit of stay. I have left my job in Italy as a researcher and had to leave to another country for a period of time, my permit of stay is valid but will expire soon. I would like to know whether I am allowed to apply for attesa di lavoro in Italy to renew my permit of stay and to not lose my years here in Italy? I work outside Italy but I come and go in Italy.
I don't want to receive any income with the attesa di lavoro, can anyone confirm that we don't get paid with this paper?
in case the person doesn't have a housing , can still apply by using hospitality paper?
