Starting a business in Morocco - as a foreigner

Good Afternoon.

i am looking for some advice in relation to starting a business in Morocco.

i am wanting to open a restaurant, which may sell alcohol and shisha.

i have already found business premises.

I now just need to know what to expect, how to register business, how to obtain relevant licences/permits etc.

whether or not there is government support or funding for foreign investment.
