I am so curious to know about the work permit processing. I got a job in Vietnam. So my company is trying to start the processing of work permit. But my country doesn't have provision of consular legalization of work experience certificate. What can I do for this ? Please help.

If you can't get work experience certified by the Vietnam Foreign Service in Nepal (LINK) you will never get approved for employment.

Steps for a foreigner to become legally employed in Vietnam:

1. The employer must apply to the government for approval to hire, describing the job, certifying that a Vietnamese employee cannot be found to fill the position, and detail other particulars such as the salary they intend to pay.

2. Once the position has been approved and a prospective employee identified, the employer must then apply to have a letter of approval for an entry visa for the specific prospective employee.

3. Once the prospective employee has arrived and signed an employment contract, the employer must then successfully apply for and obtain a work permit for the employee within 90 days.

None of that information will help you if you cannot obtain consular certification of sufficient work experience.

If you are not being offered a job here as an "expert", it's possible that the job offer is not totally legitimate.

PLEASE don't fall for any scam that promises to get you a work permit without fulfilling the legal requirements first

Good luck
