FBI Criminal records/police report from USA for Carte Sejure

Hi,

If someone has criminal records on their FBI record, will s/he be able to get the residency permit (Carte Sejure) in Morocco?

Obtaining a residency permit (Carte Séjour) in Morocco with criminal records on one’s FBI record may present challenges. Moroccan authorities conduct background checks, and a clean criminal record is generally required. However, specific cases may be evaluated on an individual basis, taking into consideration the nature and severity of the offences. When you take your file to the local immigration office i the city you plan to obtain. they will be able to advise you if it will be accepted or rejected. if its rejected they will not let you apply.
