@Mikedavis41174 there's a lot of condo projects in your said area, but I think the best condo developer is DMCI which where i'm also residing right now. i can refer you to my agent if you want!

Every condo in PH is a scam at the moment and since around 2015.
Look at China to see the future of PH (hint: the real value is maybe 30% of what they want you to pay now, we are at the hight of a speculation bubble).
