Hola! We have our electric, water through the city , and Internet started in Puerto Plata (Terra Alto area) but we were wondering if there is a particular due date for each. We forgot to ask when setting it up.
Also what is the avg. monthly bill for water and electric?

Electricity depends which company. With edenorte it's based on the date of your contract. With Puerto Plata Electricidad it's the 24th of the month.
Water no idea as no bill has ever arrived. However I have the account number and every 2 months I have someone go pay the bill!
Fyi I too am in Torre Alta 3 weeks of the month!
Internet depends on contract date with both Altice and Claro

My water is about 500 RD, under 10 dollars.
Electricity of course depends on usage. You may worry about electric bill but your renters won't!
And of course the hotter it is the more air con will be used.
