Student pass rejection

Hello,I applied student pass and it got rejected.There is no reason given from ICA.They only said "We have carefully evaluated the application. In the process, we have considered all relevant factors. While we understand your wish to study in Singapore, we are unable to approve the application" I'm going to appeal but I don't know what is the reason that I got rejected.Could someone please give advice how should I appeal?
