Ejar wallet refund on the final exit

Hello,

We are leaving on the final exit very soon and we still don't see our rental residential property security deposit in the Ejar wallet. My landlord has terminated the contract, and there are no pending dues as well. Does anyone know how long it takes to receive money in the wallet and how quickly I can transfer it to my account? Will Ejar access be frozen after my employer issues the final exit? It's a huge sum of money, and of course, I wouldn't like to forfeit it, especially when my landlord has also released it. We are leaving next week and the next few days will be a public holiday, what are my options to get my money back from Ejar.

we have exactly the same issue. Till now we cannot find any information. They told us from our leasing department  that is takes 7 calendar days but is not written anywhere official

True! It's confusing, and there are no defined SLAs for various departments as well to refund tenants' security deposits.

Hi, i am in the same situation. its been one day since i requested the refund to my bank. how many days did it take for you to recieve yours if at all?

One doubt is that can my friend’s account be added in Ejar to get the deposit after my departure?
