D7 residency card delay

Hi. Just wondered if anyone waiting this long ?

Had my biometric appointment January 9th, paid 170 euros, told it was all good and card would be with me in 4 weeks.

i have been in the U.K. since May but arrived back last week and still no show ! Got through to AIMA contact centre who could see it on the system but didn’t know why it hadn’t been processed. They suggested I go to Portimao which I’d already done but they wouldn’t see me without an appointment.

Her only other suggestion was to email AIMA !!! Have done that a few times already and Portimao too !

Border police at Faro were fine with my paper copy and receipt but it would be good to have the card for the next trip.

Any suggestions gratefully received. Thanks
