Bonjour,

J'ai un ami qui est résident illégal au Maroc depuis 11 mois, il souhaite régulariser sa situation sans quitter le territoire.

Est-ce qu'il est possible de le régulariser et quels sont les documents à fournir.

A préciser que mon ami est artiste peintre, et qu'il pourra éventuellement créer une société et demander la résidence sous ce statut.
