I need rehabilitation certificate as public prosecution grant me rehabilitation request from where i can this certificate because public prosecution tell us to go cid and cid tell us to go public prosecution plz help

Sorry to hear this - But unfortunately this is the same experience which I have seen for many. For sure, it is not issued by the CID. It is issued by the Ministry of Justice. Contact any lawyer who has experience in this and he will be able to help you without losing any time for you.
