UKVI - TLS Keep my Passport

Hi everyone,

I used the Keep my Passport option. I received my visa approval last week, and the TLS email to submit my passport within 28 days, but to another country from the one where I submitted my papers [send to TLS Serbia].

Obviously, TLS does not have a contact number so DHL or UPS cannot be used as services to send the passport. I see many have complained on their TLS site(s), and they were all redirected to contact forms and nothing else. I submitted an inquiry with them through this form, but their ETA is 3 days.

Some people on reddit say they went to the TLS in the country where they submitted the documents and left the documents there, and TLS sent then the documents to the destination TLS location.

I can't find anywhere any clear information on how anyone has solved this.

  1. Have people managed to get the contact phone # of the TLS in Serbia or of any other TLS location and have they sent the docs through DHL?
  2. have people managed to send documents through DHL or UPS without a contact phone number, and if yes, how did they do it?
  3. Have people handed back the passport to the TLS where they applied for the visa? and if yes, how did they book an appointment, as there is no way to book any appointment for leaving a passport [the options are greyed out]. Did they just pop out on the day they work with the public with their passport or what?...

Sharing your experience would be great/

I am located in Romania, so I submitted my visa through TLS Romania.

Cheers!

I have submitted my document to the TLS where I had applied for the visa, and they will ship my passport to the TLS center in the country where I will get the visa stamp.

Sorry I am not at all familiar with your situation, but browsing online i can see a telephone number for TSL in the UK - +44 20 3830 7029 and for TSL in Serbia +381 11 4690 899  Not sure if this helps, but good luck.
