Bank account suspended

Hi


My STC pay account was blocked when I contacted them they told me my card had an issue and they will notify me when it is resolved.


I waited to no avail. I contacted them again and they told it with the cybercrime authority that I should verify with them.


Note they didn't give any reason why it was blocked.


What's the way forward please someone help

As I said on your other post, contact the cybercrime authority.  What else can you do?
