Arrival back to Philippines next month. Want one week in Bacolad. Best reasonable rate hotels near coffee shops, shopping etc. in Bacolad? Thanks!

Bacolod has an active vulcano in the vicinity. I saw it smoking from the plane from Cebu to Manila.

You can book your hotel on agoda but I would use an option where you can cancel for free.
