Hi I hope someone can help me and make clear things in regards with my working visa in bahrain. I  am a Filipino living in the Philippines Ihave an employer in bahrain which is she tell me to finish my medical so that she can proceed on getting me a work visa. I just finished my medical last September 13 2024 and the medical certificate that the clinic provide me has an expiration until November 28 2024. But the employer only applied my Working visa recently which is November 12. and until now I dont have any update on my working visa, everytime I check it using my passport number on website it only shows that " The requested record does not exist in the system!  I am really frustrated right now, the last time I ask my employer about an update on my working visa she said the application of my visa returned because the government didn't accept the medical records that the agency pass to them because she said that they mentioned that the clinic that I done my medical is not affiliated with bahrain but upon checking online on the website the name of the clinic showing in the websites of bahrain. My employer said she will do her best to fixed it and wait a little more. I am frustrated because My medical certificate is already expired and yet there's still no showing the website about the status of my working visa. Please Help me.

You need to follow up with your employer.  There is nothing anyone else can do.  If that message is appearing then in all likelihood, they haven't applied or application is on hold for 3 weeks to give chance to people who are already here (LMRA regulations) or you are under NPRA not LMRA..............could be many things but as I said before, follow up with employer.
