Observations in Manila re: regular people's job security

People seemed to have not-so-positive feelings about job security. I spoke with a Grab driver saying ridership had reduced since POGO left MOA. I spoke with a condo owner at Shore residences (MOA) and she said there's a lot less renters since POGO left. She added Chinese renters could have behaved much better and respected the condo when renting. She's now selling her condo unit since it is no longer making money. I also spoke with an attendant at Anytime Fitness (MOA). He said there's a lot less people exercising that the place is almost always empty nowadays. Did they overbuild?
