Naturalization - is it must to be in Brazil during the process?

I hope all of you are doing well.

I have a question regarding Naturalization. My daughter was born in Brazil, all of us got permanent residency on her behalf and moved to USA.

If I apply for Naturalization, is it must for my daughter to be in Brazil during the process?
