wd don’t yet have tax residency as we don’t earn or make money in Portugal wd do have WA residency. For numerous personal reasons including COVID, Loss of of two family members we will become tax resident spring 2025.  So my question is when does the 12 month period start when it’s possible to ship personal belongings over from uk to Portugal? Have we missed the boat on this? We have had delayed issues also selling our house first does anyone know?
