I am a male Swiss and Portuguese citizen, looking for a warm country with friendly people, where I could pay less taxes. i went twice to Cyprus to look for a small place in Larnaca, where I would spend 60 days a year (looking for the 60 day programme) . will return by the end of January 2025.

anyone who did this? is it easy? i intend to open a company and put my place in the short term rental market for 10 months…
