Hi I would like to know your opinion in one case where a Moroccan husband wants second wife because the first wife is 8years older than him. This Moroccan has anger management leading to some violence to his wife and kids They are married for 13years now with 3 kids. Wife went to her country for emergency regarding her father and that was the time something happened. When she came back in morocco they were okay and said that he missed his wife so much. Not until one week the husband talked to his wife that he wants a second wife. And the reason that he didnt enjoy his youth for being married to her at the age of 27 and that the wife is already 48. The point is he wants someone that he can enjoy in bed. The wife hurts a lot and did not agree for second wife. The wife now wants to go back to her country but the husband refused as no one will take care of their kids and told her that she can't even bring one of them. .what could you advise please help

hi in this instance I understand the boys frustration you mentioned his 27 years old & woman 48years old so age gap is huge 21years. If she is not happy she can take the kids back with to her country or can accept being a second wife which I’m sure is not permissible under Moroccon courts law. Islam also not allow if first wife don’t give permission Hope that helps
