Successful job interview in Cyprus

Passing a job interview in Cyprus basically is the same as in any other countries.
Firstly l would like to categorize the job interview by job agencies and directly by someone in a business. Many applicants will be surprised by the multinational atmosphere in companies ..you might be interview by a non Greek-Cypriot.

The general idea is to keep a professional style. Wear something formal but not too much. Avoid excessive perfumes and make up. Do not get very excited and stressed. Make a plan about answering a personal question, take with you a copy of you CV in english, you don't have to get it translated in Greek, you might be asked about family or "is your girlfriend/boyfriend from Cyprus" Avoid answering such questions they might be trick questions.
In general terms there are no special things to notice and be prepared. Any web guide about interviews will help. After all use your instinct during the interview and self-confidence.

Hi TheoK, I would like to know if employers don't like it if you have a GF/BF from Cyprus or is the contrary..? Can you please explain what you meant because I am always wondering about that.
What seems more serious and professional to them?
