Does Basic salary or allowances (housing, transportation) differs in Kuwait in job offers in terms you are single or married?  If yes, may i ask my company to review my salary package if I accepter job offer when I was single, and after few months I got married?

Hi Domantelis

A general answer is yes, there is a difference in packages...

However, if you have intentions on getting married within a few months you should advise your employer so that after three months (probation period) your package may be re-looked at and accordingly amended...

With a family package there is a housing allowance as well as private insurance coverage for all family members...while a single package may not have these things...

Hope this helps, :)

Not all companies care about your status. Even if you are single there is some companies give accommodation.

Only good companies (Oil sector) provide good housing packages.

Regardless if the company provides you housing or not, married person will always spend more than unmarried person.
