Is Price paramount in Phills

Post new topic

Pretty quite on here lately, lets try to spark debate.
we have noticed with repeated reguallity lately that competitors in our business(cleaning detergents)are selling a very much diluted and therefore cheaper product, so my question is is price paramount in Phills? because properly formulated product
does a better job and last longer, but people still purchase the cheaper product, is it all they can afford?

yea like protogama said. Of course again as you all know the wealth and poverty gap here is huge where the top 20% of earners hold 50% of the cash here, and those top 20 would be mostly price in-sensitive IF there is demand/ need for the product and the product confers a perceived advantage or superior benefit to the user.
An example would be how the rich would usually go to some nice salon to get their hair done while the majority would go to your regular hole in the wall barbershop or get their sis/ mom/ aunt to cut their hair for em.

Nearly everything is diluted Pete...the paint whats put on the walls..the fuel whats put in the motor vehicles to the concrete to build our houses....I could go on and on...frm what I gather, its the normal way things are done. Depressing ah.....that saying about taking a horse to water springs to mind.
