Lack of professionalism with Dubai employers

Dear fellow friends,
Wonder if anyone of you here experience similar encounter like mine.
This is my 2nd time in a row being let down by employers in dubai.

First experience:
Was called up for an education position in a private school. Went for the interview and it turned out very well. On the same day, I received an email from the director that I was selected and would like to have another round of interview to discuss the salary package. During the 2nd interview, I was informed that I would only be provided with the letter of offer only if I agreed with their terms. Their terms were unjust but nevertheless I agreed with the salary offered. After our agreement, the director had disappeared.


Second experience:
Another interview took place with a reputable organisation. The meeting went well and I was offered the job on the spot. But the salary was way below the market rate. Nevertheless, I was requested to consider. The day after, I informed the HR that I would take up the offer with the salary proposed. The HR written she will contact me as soon as once the management has finalise their decision. Long weeks had passed and I never hear anything from them.

As all of you imagine, after my repeated experience with such unprofessional people. I was extremely disappointed and upset. Somehow, I was given the impression that employers in Dubai do not honor their words. Perhaps I should be glad to discover their disgusting behavior and that its a blessing in disguise that I am not their employee.

Does anyone of you encounter such  experiences like mine ?
