hi there, we've just bought our house in Bulgaria :-)
near Popovo,
& are getting ourselves ready for the big trip now,
but we need a little advise on our rodent friends,.
we have 7 pet rats (it started with 2..) what do we
have to do to get them to Bulgaria?
Our children would be so upset if we had to leave them
behind!! many thanks

Hello,
Just put the rats in the car and drive here. If you stick to the EU countries no one will bother you. I don't know whether rats need a pet passport but I wouldn't have thought so, just ask your friendly vet.
Whenever I have driven here I could have had a car load of elephants or deadly snakes for all the interest anyone shows.
